Martravius Aaron Blue

Martravius Aaron Blue was born on May 31, 1988 to William Blue and Gwendolyn Alford in Fort Pierce, Florida. Martravius was affectionately known to his family and friends as “Blue Boy.” He was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.

He attended the local School System in St. Lucie County. Martravius graduated from St. James Academy.

In his tender years Martravius joined Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Charles Hendly. After becoming a man, he joined and was baptized at Assembly of God Faith Temple under the leadership of Bishop Simel Davis in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Martravius was a football player, barber and a rapper.

On Saturday, February 20, 2021, he transitions from this life.

Martravius is survived by his loving family: Son: Martravius Blue Jr.; Mother: Gwendolyn Alford; Father: William Blue; Stepmother: Tierra Reynolds, Siblings: Xzavion Robinson, Donovan Alford, Alfred Bythwood, Jeremy Bythwood, Jerica Bythwood, Geneka Blue, William Blue, Dallas Blue, Dennis Belezair, Darien Blue and Mariah Blue; Grandfather: Samuel Taylor; Aunt: Betty (Ormin) Simms, Geneva Alford, Bernice Baker, Vickie (Richard) Walker, Charlotte Blue, Sheila Webb, Victoria Bowles, Renee Bowles, Bernita Johnson, Jenifer Tompson and Scottina Washington; Uncles: Johnnie (Hester) Blue, Samuel (Nakesha) Blue, Walter Blue, Don (Janice) Doering, Charles (Alice) Sandifer; Great Aunts: Sheila Newson, Bertha Washington, Louise Robinson and Geneva (Cyril) Baker; Great Uncles: Johnny (Patrica) Alford, Curtis Alford Sr. and Robert (Mary Alice) Sandifer; Godbrothers: Earl Crossdale Jr. and Marquis Brown; Special Brother: Matthew McCray; along with other sorrowing relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather: Willie Blue; Grandmothers: Evangelist Annie Mae Taylor and Virginia Blue; Uncle: Michael Baker; Great Uncle: Stanley Alford; and Aunts: Gail Bryant, Mary Alford and Vivian Ferguson.
