Marie Mona Jean

Marie Mona Jean was born in Haiti on November 11, 1986. Her mother's name was Seize Maxina (deceased) and her father's Jean Pierre Jean.

She was raised by a single mother with two other siblings: her sister Marie Moude Sainmervil and her brother Renorld Joseph (deceased).

As a little girl her mom used to leave her a list of things to do before she goes to the flea market, but she would sneak around play at Mable's with her friends. As soon as she knew her mom would be on her way back home she had to hurry up and get everything done. If not she would get a punishment from her mom!

Marie Mona Jean left Haiti in the year of 2018 and moved to Brésil. She lived in Brazil for three years then travel from country to country.

From Brazil she went to Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, then arrived in the United States in the year of 2021 to seek after a better life! She lived in Florida for three years then moved to Boston, Massachusetts in the year of 2024. She lived in Boston for a year and four months. She got sick and did not survive her illness. She passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, by 1:37 p.m.

Everyone who knew Marie Mona Jean usually called her by her knick name ("Baby"). She was always smiling. Every time I heard from her her first words were "frem saw ap bay soeur w la?" which meant

"Brother, what are you giving your sister!" She cared for everyone. It didn't matter what time of day it was, whether she's in bed or not. As soon as I told her I was hungry, she would jump up and fixed me something to eat. She was the same for my children and everybody!

Marie Mona Jean was a very kind lady with a very tender heart, a loving and caring lady. She left behind three beautiful daughters to cherish her memories: Malaica Joseph (14 years old) lives in Canada, Alicia Alume (5 years old), and Moana Alume (3 years old) who lives here in the USA!

Children: Malaiica Joseph, Alicia Alume, and Moana Alume; Siblings (Brothers and Sisters): Rose Andree Jean, Pierson Jean, Clark Jean, Christie Jean, Marie Moude Sainmervil, Yvette Jean (deceased); brother-In-laws: Evelt Paul, Alix Alume, Alex Alume; sister-in-law, Feline Joseph; nieces and nephews: Sony Oriental, Roosevelt Paul, Anne Paul, Rose Paul, and Merlandrina Paul; cousins:

Marie Telemise Dextra and Joseph Sainvilus Dextra; boyfriend, Michelson Alume.

Predeceased Family. Her mother. Seize Maxina: her sister. Marie Sainmervil; and her brother Renorld Joseph.
