LaVonda Rena Gardenhire

LaVonda Rena Gardenhire, the daughter of the late Minnie Lee Westbrooks and Willie Bill Gardenhigh Sr., was born on June 22, 1965 in Fort Pierce, Florida. LaVonda attended the public schools of St. Lucie County and received her GED. She had a love for volleyball and a passion for cooking. She was loved by everyone that she came in contact with. On Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC, LaVonda Rena Gardenhire left the ones she loved and went to her final resting place in the presence of the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Minnie Lee, Westbrooks and Willie Bill Gardenhigh Sr.; brothers: Jerry Westbrooks Sr., , Ricky Gardenhigh and Timothy Gardenhire

She leaves to cherish her fond memories: her brothers: Willie Gardenhire (married to Laconia Boatwright, sister-in-law);

Derrick Gardenhire and William Osby; nieces and nephews: Antonio Gardenhire (married to Leah Gardenhire, niece-in-law); Ramona Osby, Kyler Osby, Somaya Orianville (married to Luckner Orianville, nephew-in-law), Devona Sabb, Terrance Gardenhigh, Dontavious Gardenhire Corey Gardenhire, Willie Gardenhire, Ashley Gardenhire, Marquis Gardenhire, Jerry Westbrooks Jr., Cornelius Gardenhire, Emmanuel Taylor, Kimberly Humes, and Annetta Taylor; great nieces and nephews: Dwight Gordon, Ayden Gordon, William Gardenhire, Laila Gardenhire, Ariana Gardenhire, Stephanie Gardenhire, Reah Gardenhire, Victoria Galloway (and son, Khalon Clayton), Lumarion Orianville, Malinda Orianville, Latavious Orainville, Lavarius Orianville, Chasity Ruth, Caden Gardenhire, Messiah Upshaw, and Caine Gardenhire; and a host of other loving relatives and friends who will miss LaVonda very much.
