KIZZY MICHELLE NEWSOME

Kizzy Michelle Newsome was born on July 1, 1981 to the late James Richardson Sr. and Sheila Newsome in Fort Pierce, Florida.

She received her basic education through St. Lucie County Public schools

She was a lovable young lady that would give you her last. Kizzy enjoyed playing basketball, football, jumping rope, dancing, telling jokes and living her best life with her family and friends. She was famous for cooking fried chicken (Get it while it’s hot!). Most of all, Kizzy loved pickles, sausages and Roman noodles.

On September 19, 2021, Kizzy Michelle Newsome answered the call from her heavenly father.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Richardson Sr.; grandparents: Bernice Resby, Robert James Resby, Dora Mae Smith and Freddie Green; uncles: Stanley Alford and Gary Smith; aunts: Mattie Alford, Annie Mae Taylor, Mary Alice Alford, Rosa Mae Smith and Phillip Geffrard; and cousins: Vivian Ferguson, Sharonda Ferguson, Gail Bryant, Michael Baker, Toborrius Stevens and Yvette Brightman.

Left to cherish her memories are son: Antonio Newsome Sr. (Fiancé, Vicnesia Sirmons); grandson: Antonio Newsome Jr.; mother: Shelia Newsome (Kisha Stevenson); siblings: Jacqueline Resby, Tammy Perdue (Antwan), Latricia Alford, Phyllis Newsome, Kleandra Newsome, Marcus Richardson, Antonio Richardson, Sainthomer Phanor (Ashley), Latrina Newsome (Melanie Yearby), James Richardson (Chadena) and Michael Wright; stepsisters: Shuntae Ward, Demitriana Ward and Zion Gent; one grandchild; uncles: Johnny Alford (Patricia), Curtis Lee Alford and Peter Smith; aunts: Joyce Drakford, Carolyn Smith, Coleen Smith and Glenda Smith; great aunt, Mary Parker; and a host of cousins, family and friends that will miss Kizzy dearly.
