EVANGELIST DORA MAE FLAGG SANDLIN on December 12, 1936, in Pahokee, Florida the joy of life of Dora Mae
Flagg-Sandlin was given to the late Willie Flagg and Willie B. McNeil-Flagg. She attended Rosenwald Elementary
School in Pahokee. Florida.
EVANGELIST FLAGG-SANDLIN was united in holy matrimony to the late Deacon Leo Sandlin Jr. on March 4, 1956.
They were blessed with eight children. She received the Lord as her personal savior at a very early age. She joined.
Greater Faith on 13th Street Church of God in Ft. Pierce, Florida under the leadership of the late Bishop Lafleur.
She was also a member of Full Gospel Church of Deliverance where Bishop John Taylor is the pastor.
EVANGELIST FLAGG-SANDLIN later moved to Ft. Worth, Texas in 1995 she joined Lighthouse Church of God where
the late Pastor Alvin Dexter Sandlin was Pastor. Later she became a member serving on the Mothers Board of
Greater Love Chapel Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Jimmy W. Glenn Sr. until her
demise.
EVANGELIST FLAGG-SANDLIN was employed for over 25 years at Tree Sweet Company she was also in the
healthcare field. She was also the proud owner of Dora's Hats & Fashion
On Monday, July 4, 2022, the angels of the Lord summoned EVANGELIST DORA MAE FLAGG-SANDLIN to a better
place where pain and suffering shall be no more.
EVANGELIST FLAGG-SANDLIN was preceded in death by her Parents: Willie Flagg and Willie B. McNeil-Flagg:
Husband: Deacon Leo Sandlin Jr.; Brothers: James Willie Flagg, Charles Flagg, Roosevelt Flagg, Eugene Flagg
and Albert Flagg; Sisters: Beulah Flagg-Bryant, Glady Flagg-Lee, Betty Flagg-Younger and Willie Mae Flagg;
Sons: Samuel Sandlin and Alvin Dexter Sandlin
Left to cherish her memories and hold them close to their hearts are: Sons: Lawrence F. Sandlin Kenneth
(Janice) Sandlin, Rubin L. (Sharon) Sandlin, Leo A Sandlin III and Quannezz D. Sandlin; Daughters:
Deandra D. Sandlin and Jennifer Hall; Daughters-in-law: Francis Sandlin and Montrice Sandlin; Brother:
Jimmy (Mary) Flagg; Grandchildren: Laveda Harper Lawrence, Sandlin Jr., Devon Sandlin, Samuel
Sandlin Jr, Amanda Sandlin, Chauncey Sandlimn, Shawn Mackey, Adrian Sandlin, Francis Smith, Becky
Sandlin, Robert Adderly, Ronnie Adderly, Zanobia Adderly, Lovie Sandlin, Aaron Sandlin, Amber
