DONALD'S OBITUARY

Donald P. Hearn, 79, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025, in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Don was born on September 5, 1945, in Everett, Massachusetts to the late James and Rita (Farrar) Hearn.  He was also brought up by his beloved Aunt Olive Hanson.

Don graduated from Everett High School in 1964 and went to Cornell University graduating in 1968.  He also went on for his MBA at Boston University, graduating CUM LAUDE, working days, and going to school nights.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy (Perretti) and many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, & Nephews.  He is also survived by his Brother – in- law Carl Perretti, Cousin Robert Brogna, Nephew Derek & Niece Brenda Perretti, Nephew Dale & Niece Lois Perretti, Great Nephew Dierk Perretti & Great Niece Rory Perretti, also his childhood friend Dennis Lordan.

Don worked in the Mutual Funds Business for a few companies and retiring at 58 for Chase Global of Boston as CEO, and spent his Winters in Florida and Summers at his home on Cape Cod, Mass.
