The Book of Life for Debbie Ann Townsend was open on September 14, 1958 to the late Willie Townsend Sr. and Lydia R. Murray in Fort Pierce, Florida
She matriculated through the local school of St. Lucie County. She then went on to Indian River community college where she graduated and earned her nursing career. She worked as a nurse at Palm Garden nursing home in Port St. Lucie Florida for several years. She was a member of new covenant prayer center under the leadership of Pastor Stafford Fisher.
Debbie loved life and lived each day with compassion, joy, and love.
She was very stylish, great personality, and a big sense of humor she was truly remarkable and will truly be missed.
It was on Monday at 3:32 PM May 18, 2026, that The Books of Life was closed for Debbie Ann Townsend. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Townsend Sr., Mother, Lydia R. Murray, and Son, Diamond Kindrick.
Left to cherish our beloved Debbie Ann Townsend memories are:
Daughter, Tagongalla (Christopher) Francis; Sons: Lance Townsend Sr. and Chauncy Kindrick; Grandson, Lance Townsend Jr.; Six great grands;
Brothers: Willie Townsend, Jr., Willie Daniels, Michael (Mary) Townsend, Robert (Myoshi) Townsend, Rodrick (Margaret) Townsend and Rohan (Clarissa) Townsend and Steve Robert: Sisters: Gloria (Preman) Mincey, Donna Townsend, Rolanda (Elija) Miller; Aunts: Beulah Ewing, Lizenar Beckford, and Vivian Plowden; Best Friends: Sonia McCavoy and Margaret Elliott; and a host of Niece's nephews and cousins that will truly miss her.
